Since its foundation in 1998, Schulte Group has gradually become a partner for major industrial real estate projects. Genesis Private Equity Fund IV (GPEF IV), a private equity fund of Genesis Capital, has agreed with the founders to acquire a majority stake in the company. Key managers will also become shareholders alongside GPEF IV. The common goal is to leverage the expertise and experience of the entire Schulte team for further dynamic development of the business. Completion of the transaction is subject to the approval of the Czech Antimonopoly Authority.
