Servodata and S-COMP Centre CZ announced the conclusion of an acquisition agreement. Through the takeover, Servodata will strengthen its team of experts in the Microsoft Professional Services field, specializing in Citrix platform virtual infrastructures and professional training. This acquisition fits well into Servodata’s long-term growth strategy, as envisioned by Genesis Capital, the company’s majority owner.
